Yeah it's a pain. I even challenged a Honda techie on the stand at the NEC to do it better than 1 attempt in 20 and he couldn't. But I put some time in and worked out what I was doing on the 1 in 20 times that it went in, and realised that the main thing was getting the rear of the front seat exactly at the right position relative to the pillion seat, neither too high nor too low, and neither
Thanks, Mark. I ride a 2019 ATAS, am 5'11" with 32" inseam. I can flat foot most of the time with the optional low seat and am considering putting the original stock seat back on the bike. The 2018 and 2019 ATAS both have the same saddle height. You should probably be okay with either.
