The code has letters, but the app on the phone thinks it is a 9 digit code and so tells the keyboard to only show numbers. There is no way to change the keyboard to show letters, so I can't enter the code. Help!
The first is just like on the iPhone: Place and gently hold your finger on the onscreen spacebar. Or, you can simply place two fingers on the onscreen keyboard at the same time.
