MMI Touch Response comes standard on Audi’s A6, A7, A8, and Q8 models. The company’s other cars (including the A3, the A4, and the Q7) all use a slightly older system.

To install and activate Audi Europe maps follow the instruction below: Unpack the installation and activation files with the use of 7zip. Format two SD cards in FAT32 – put the update files on the first and the activator on the second card. Insert the card with the update in one of the SD card slots in your MMI and wait 30-60 seconds.
Enter the backup tab and follow the instructions. Then IFS-root patch -> Flash patched image – the unit should reboot after completion, so we enter the green menu again – select M.I.B. and then Patch IFS-Root-AIO . Reboot the unit and the Android auto / Apple CarPlay should rock. The SD card can be removed.
Note also that MMI 3G (High) and 3G+ (Plus) have a common set of nav data packages, but are distinct releases within a nav database update. So, the NAR 6.20.1 nav database update includes both 3G and 3GP releases, as does the ECE region. I'm considering a map update on my UK A8, which had the latest [K0942] MMI code installed together with a new map update and activation, courtesy of Audi dealer when I purchased it in 2018, but the map data is obviously now out of date. f9qzBL.
